I'd been wondering what sort of camera Shannon uses when she's not running with one. I say you pulled off some fantastic shots, AC. It's really cool that the two of you were able to take photos for this race again. And, it seems like such a great course. Congrats to both of you on running so well! That's awesome!

Very glad to see you are back in action, AC! It would have been a boring winter without your race reports. Oh, and 1 out of 100 is about my ratio of good-to-junk when taking photos. "Just keep snapping" is my motto.

And Shannon, shaving 6:30 off of a 10K trail time is bordering on ridiculous, especially for an already great runner.

Thanks Josh! And I might add an antidotal story about the smoothie truck. It was awesome to have there, but I imagine the woman (who worked alone) was really sick of making smoothies for along line of stinky runners for 2+ hours—I would be too. I was with Bobby Mack when he tried to order a frappuccino. The woman slammed the blender down and huffed, Bobby, nice guy that he is, said "Uh, would a latte be easier?" She replied with a very animated "YEAHUH".
