I like this year's so much better then last years! Beautiful!

Wish I were going this year but just not ready. But you guys really need to be careful of bigfoot out there. Last year's attack was vicious and I can only imagine what a sasquatch could do to a runner if he (or perhaps a she) was really angry.

Thank you so much for the post. I've really enjoyed making these for the past 21 years. I hope everyone has a great run.

By the way, it was last year's awards that were made from local clay, as it was the 20th annual run. Sorry if I didn't make that clear in my posts on this year's run. This year's awards are made with a white clay made in Asheville, NC, called Little Loafers.

I had no idea we would get such a great finisher's award! Thanks for posting this! I hope the award I get has the running man tilted to the side, as if in mid fall (like the one on the far right jar in the picture above). That would be so appropriate for me.
